Sports facilities demand a very high energy consumption, so the costs of their electricity bill are a drag on their profitability, especially when their consumption coincides with demand points and, therefore, high energy prices. Therefore, from Iser Smart Energy we recommend the use of the roofs of the warehouses and the common buildings of the sports centers to install photovoltaic systems that reduce the energy demand to the network or serve to meet the needs of hot water, as is the case of this high-level sports complex in Quart de Poblet. In total, 2,699 m2 of solar panels installed on the roof of the warehouses, with a nominal electrical power of 100 kw and an annual production of more than 153,000 kwh. Enough energy to meet the demand of 20 homes, which in this case is that of a sports center at full capacity.
